Pressure Test for GFM Battery Tanks
In the processing battery storage box, there are a lot of test to do.
Before the incoming of material (ABS AS SAN PP etc), such as IZOD impact strength, Flexural Modulus, Rockwell hardness, tensile eleongation at breaks, heat deflection temperature, Vicat softening temperature;
After finishing battery cases, the factory inspection include Flame Retardant Test， Air pressure resistance test, internal stress test
Impact test, Heat resistance test, Corrosion resistance test etc.
This test is Max Air pressure resistance test to confirm the max pressure for battery containers made in materials FR ABS(different brands).
